Diner & Dive Review We've all seen them. Alot of us have probably stopped at them. Some of us even make it a point to go out of your way for way. It's almost a way of a life, an American institution. The Diner (ironically enough most are owned and operated by Greeks, but I digress). Some call themselves 'family resturants', others eateries, and the even bolder go with the wonderful title of 'dive'. But to me they're a comfort on the road. Where else can you get a burger at 3 in the morning or a short stack for lunch? And if you spend enough time on the road as I have you've come to search for them. A little pricier than fast food, but the memories are far more worthwhile. But what's the point of this Review? To seperate the good, the bad, the ugly. The menu is the same, but there are always the subtle differences. I can't even begin to point out how many varieties of "chicken fingers" I've tasted through out the years. And some, I must say, sucked ass while others were culinary triumphs. And the service... another contrast. How about the booths and tables? You get the point. Here we (and I do me we) will help sort out great diners apart from the absolute crap dens. Now the notes:
